2003 – Ms Butterfield requires stiches after cutting her own throat.

2004 – Ms Butterfield requires more stiches, again cutting her own throat.

2005 – Ms Butterfield tries to hang herself, then cuts her own throat.

2006 – Ms Butterfield cuts her throat and almost bleeds out.

2008 – Ms Butterfield severely bangs her head and inserts item under her scalp.

2009 – Ms Butterfield headbutts a wall 105 times and splits her skull open.
